will never step foot in this store again. We purchased dining room table with chairs in August (paid in full) and were told the chairs were no longer available however they could get them from another store and they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. After a month and hearing nothing from the store I called in to check on the order. I was first told by Tracy in customer service that she had no idea about the chairs and a manager would call me the following day. Well, I did not receive a call- by Wednesday I called I again. I was told that the chairs were no longer available- and again they had no idea what was going on, Tracy then proceeded yell at me because I asked to speak with a manager but before she hung up on me I was told they were unavailable By evening the next day, I still had not heard from a manager and called in again. After being told yet again a manager was unavailable I told them I'd wait. Finally Anthony the manager tells me my order is "on its way" I begin to tell him that I am very unhappy with how unorganized this store is and displeased with the level of customer service I have received. He then tells me in the same conversation that my items are no longer available and what else do I want from him. Confused I say "you just told me the items were on their way, but now 2 min later tell me they are unavailable". He then says "don't pick out words from my sentences" - I now feel like I've lost brain cells dealing with this store and have immediately cancelled my order! DO NOT ORDER OR SHOP FROM VALUE CITY FURNITURE- worst experience ever!

The company has really nice people that will help u find what u need and take the extra time to help u find the right furniture for u they helped me find a real nice chair and gave me a real good deal definitely recommend them if u are looking for a nice piece of furniture for a good deal

This clearance room is huge! The pickup process was smooth and the guy that loaded the items was friendly.

The in store service was excellent. But when it came to the delivery of my items, some how my address and phone number was incorrect on the delivery invoice but correct on all my signed documents. When I called the company the female I spoke to wanted me to wait another week for the delivery even though the incorrect address was not my fault. She finally talked to a manager to get the redelivery set up for Saturday. And then quickly hanging up the phone so I could say anything. The furniture did get delivered on Saturday October 8, 2016. The delivery drivers were wonderful and very helpful.
