I've been a loyal/regular customer of Salon On Main since the day they opened. I was a customer of Cathy's, one of the owners, at another salon before her and Kristin opened SOM. I want a stylist who does my hair the way I want it done, not the way they think it should be done. Cathy gives recommendations on color, perms etc. but always allows me to make the ultimate decision. Their prices are great and their service goes above and beyond. I have recommended them to several people who are now their loyal customers too. They have regular hours; they don't work on appointments only. So this enables them to welcome walk-ins if no one is scheduled at that time. And sometimes they are able to work you into their schedule. That's great customer servicer in my book. I wouldn't dream of having anyone else "touch my hair" that's how much I love and trust the owners/stylists of Salon on Main.
