We asked for an estimate for a replacement window. Tony was prompt, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable.
The representative for Andersen, Mr. Kosta Touloumes did an excellent job at carefully measuring each of the 34 windows in our home. He showed us what needed to be repaired or replace in each window. We began to realize that most if not all of our windows do need replacement. He showed us a window that was about the quality of the windows we now have and discussed with us what was happening to our windows at this time. My wife who was present understood his presentation almost as well as I did.
We had no difficulty realizing that Andersen has a quality product. I think if money was not an issue I would have had Anderson replace every window in our house right away. But we want to discuss what to do about our windows with our children. My wife and I are elderly and our children will soon need to decide what to do with our home when we pass.
At this moment I'm not sure what we will do. Something needs to be done soon. Mr. Touloumes showed us clearly what the present condition of our windows are. Speaking of Mr. Touloumes, we were much impressed with him as a person as well as a presenter for Amdersen.
It is my plan to speak with my children as soon as possible to determine what we should do.

The representative from Renewal by Andersen who came out to my house to give me an estimate on a patio door replacement was knowledgeable and polite.
We could not be more pleased with our window replacement experience through Andersen. Initially, we were going to obtain multiple quotes for our window replacement needs but after the initial consult and knowing the quality of their windows, we decided against obtaining other quotes and went with Andersen. The entire job, from initial consultation and pricing, to back office administration, to the actual installation and completion of the job was nothing short of stellar. Yes, there are cheaper windows out on the market, but the difference in price does not make up for the difference in quality and workmanship. Had Replacement by Anderson out to look at a door installed by a builder 7 years ago. We've had 2 other groups out to look at it. David was very professional in his explanation of why we were getting water in our home due to the door install. Very detailed explanation of how there install process works. Brian Stout was prompt, courteous and there were no hidden gimmicks. He knew his products very well and explained the whole process in great detail. The pricing was easy to understand, he offered us great sale incentives and they even have an inhouse financing option so you do not need any money down at all. They lived up to their adds and exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to get our new windows, they will be so much more energy efficient and easier to clean.
