I was very disappointed te last couple times I went in there . I am a frequent customer due to I have 2 ferrets . The last times I were in there not a single person asked if I needed help with anything and the employees kept walking past and not even taking notice I was standing there . I enjoy the ferrets and like to see them personally and did not have any option to see them bc I was being ignored . I'm a spur of the moment person so who knows I could have bought another one but.. No help. I was informed one night that the store was just too busy when to my eye like 2 people were in there and was told I only had a few minutes to look at a ferret . And this was after I had to get the employees attention after 10 minutes of waiting and no recognition
