Unprofessional and impudent. They towed my car from the scene of an accident without permission and kept it locked up over the extended Christmas holiday weekend. I had no access to my vehicle to retrieve items out of it. They don't even have the professional courtesy to come let me know where my vehicle was going at the scene. Heck to the No! Try listening to their voice mail... "You can leave a message but we don't respond to them." Seriously? What kind of 'business' is this? As far as I'm concerned, they shouldn't be in business. They suck! Shame on Hampden Twp Police Dept for calling these people to respond to accident scenes.
