This location is the only AutoZone I've been in for many years. So, maybe they're all fantastic-- but the employees truly will go out of their way to help you. Driving a borrowed Odyssey van (in which there is a clear relationship between dirty air filters & mpg), I stopped in and explained that I'd been told the air filter was hard to get to (by a local super store), but it didn't seem like an issue to me-- thus I figured I was mistaken. The employee actually came out in the rain, verified where the air filter was (couldn't have been easier to get to), went inside to verify they had one in stock and was fully expecting to install it for me! When I told him he needn't do that (thinking I'd do it at home in the garage), he even pulled out a screwdriver for me to use, thinking I'd be doing it there. I expect to be going to AutoZone much more often now. Give me a computer, I can probably fix it. A car? well, it's nice to know I have some place I can ask about the basics!
