If I could give half a star I would! The worset customer service I have ever had! I hired Jim's to use their camera on my sewer because we were having problems. They came over did the camera and told me what the problem was. I then hired someone to fix the problem only to find out that there wasn't a problem! I called Jim's Plumbing to talk about this and only got a very rude person telling me that there was a problem the camera doesn't lie but obviously the plumber who dug it up and had nothing to fix doesn't either. He basically yelled at me that if I was calling because I wanted to negotiate on the bill I was wasting my time. I don't feel like I was treated fairly by them as a customer or a person. I ended up spending over $900 dollars to fix a problem that didn't exist. On top of that I still have to pay Jim's for coming over which was over $400. They were completely unwilling to work with me on this or understand. Don't hire Jim's if you want it done right!
