Established in 1972, Cereal Food Processors Inc. is one of the largest independent flour milling companies and the fourth largest wheat miller in the United States. Based in Mission Woods, Kan., it offers a daily capacity of over 97,000 cwts. of flour. With 10 U.S. milling facilities, the company serves diverse segments of flour users. It produces a variety of flours for all purposes, including hotel/restaurant, bakers patent, high gluten, whole wheat, pastry and cookie, among others.
