After nearly 20 years with Allstate this agent has done a very good job of losing a loyal customer. He seems to be too busy to address your concerns, unless of course he s trying to sell you something then he has all the time in the world even after you tell him his quote was double. I have found him to be rude, a bit condescending, and overall a pain to deal with. I feel this agent as well as Allstate corporate does not and did not have our best interest in mind. It is not like there is a shortage of insurance agents. I personally would suggest to anyone to look elsewhere. You are not in good hands with Tom.
