We were coming to McMinnville from Dallas to attend a funeral. On the way, our Honda Odyssey developed an odd grinding, squeaky noise. We took it into the service guys at McMinnville Honda who found that our brakes were pretty bad. It was a Saturday and they were booked up full, but they fit us in anyway. And it even cost less than the original quote! We truly appreciated their consideration of our situation.

I've been a customer of this dealership since 1990, when I purchased my first Accord there. It was a used car and it made it to well over 190,00 miles before we even needed to replace the clutch--we may have made it a bit longer but my son learned to drive in it! We bought our 2010 CRV from John Klein at the dealership and I'm very happy with it. John made sure I understood the navigation system and got my phone hooked up to the hands-free feature before we drove off the lot. We're more than satisfied with the service department, as they always go above and beyond to make sure our car is running perfectly. Very good service everytime we go there. The dealer is smaller than some but this seems to be a good thing in getting the service you need (not what they want to sell you). They also wash your car with the service (a nice addition).
