I have auto and home insurance through the Rodney Mouton Insurance agency. I just had an issue with my homeowner's policy not being paid by my bank. He called me and then called my bank with me on three-way. My mortgager knew it was their fault the payment hadn't been sent but wanted to keep me on the line while they corrected it.
