Deep tissue is a style of massage designed to help release muscle tension and knots through kneading and other techniques. We reach the deep knots and restrictions without inflicting pain. We work with people experiencing a variety of ailments including: neck and back pain associated with sitting at a desk, TMJ, migraines, low back and hip pain, fibromyalgia and other chronic pain. The majority of people find it beneficial to receive bi-weekly or monthly massages.
