I was trying to get an estimate of how to fix a leaky pipe inside a very inaccessible wall. Technician immediately saw I would need to have a camera look into it, and quickly had the right technician come to assess the situation, and give me an estimate. He had to remove the toilet to get into the drain, which he did very quickly and neatly. Everything was replaced carefully. I'm waiting to get the actual pipe repair done, but feel confident that the service so far has been fair and honest.
