      This CiCi's is not up to par. Place is run down, could use a good cleaning, foyer smells like a strong bathroom disinfectant. No cheesy bread either. Tables are too crowded to be able to get up and go back thru line. Too many games in the way. Staff could care less, they just work there. Watch out for the disgruntle employee glare.
