Mr Jeff was my initial contact and He process all necessary paperwork to fulfill this job.i was impressed with their performance and professionalism to perform this project. Jeff was amazing and delivered on every promise. Quality, cost and cleanup. The only thing I wish I knew was how many nails would be left behind, but that was an easy fix with a $15 rolling magnet from Menards.

We are very happy with our new roof and the quality of the materials used. The customer service is great and Renee did a great job making sure everything was handled to our satisfaction.

New American Home Improvement came to my home and offered to do a complimentary inspection of my roof, which was damaged due to the 2019 hail storms. They were very thorough in showing me the damage, and what needed to be replaced / repaired. They than managed the whole process of contacting my insurance company, getting the insurance companies approval for the replacement / repairs, and doing the work to a very high standard and with the best quality materials (completed in October 2019). Very satisfied with everything about New American Home Improvement and would use them again and strongly recommend them to all. Extremely professional organization and staff. 5 Star!!!

We had hail damage on our roof and Tony and Patrick came out did an inspection. They met with our insurance adjuster and handled all the claims process. Office personnel were helpful and attentive. They provided me with color samples for the shingles and gutters and made the whole process simple. The workers were friendly, thorough, and cleaned up all the debris. Looks great!
