Charlie came out and arrived exactly when he told us he would. He spent about an hour going over the roof and reviewing it, and writing a formal, professional, printed estimate from his truck, and providing it for review that day. The estimate was very detailed, down to the number of nails for each shingle. It also detailed additional costs that could arise after the old roof was stripped such as additional plywood sheets if needed (we had 2 that we replaced). His price was not the cheapest, it was the mid-range. (the cheapest guy didn't send us his estimate until almost 2 weeks later, and it was hand written!!!) Needless to say, we picked AMB because Charlie was so professional. The crew came out on time each day, they were professional and courteous, they did a thorough job, and cleaned up very well each night. We had one piece of scrap we found after they left, and that had blown into a tree - they got EVERYTHING else! I would definitely recommend that you ask for Charlie.
