Our first experience with this company wasn't pleasant. We got a good deal on good carpet. But when I called them because they didn't contact me about when they were able to install it...they told me that they didn't have that carpet anymore for me. We had to pick out something else. They sent 1 guy over to install our upstairs carpet and it took him 8 HOURS.



The second time we tried buying carpet through them... they gave us a quote in the store. Then they came and measured the same measurements and gave us a quote that was $400 MORE. The man that measured wasn't very friendly and barely said anything to us. We decided to not work with them anymore.
