Terrible company! Make sure you are home when they come. They often do not show up and then bill you anyway like they came and completed the service. I received a termite inspection report and bill for $280 and Skyline had never shown up. The report stated that the worker had been at my house for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the home owner was not home to sign the report. I had been home the entire time waiting on him! Another time they came to spray for pests and hooked up to our water spigot while here and stole our water. When we confronted the man, he said "we are allowed to do that it is in your contract." That is not true! He was filling his huge tank on the back of his truck with my water! I finally got tired of all the problems and asked for a refund for my prepaid service for the final visit. I had received 10% off for prepaying for four visits, but of course the entire discount was taken off my refund instead of distributing it evenly over the service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
All the technicians were very respectful and knowledgeable. I could ask a question and they would give me an answere right away. I didnt have to wait for someone to call me back. There customer service was remarkable. The receptionist was wonderful whenever i called. I was very impressed with all the aspects of their services. I was glad that i have them and would not trade their service for anyone else's period!!!
