We had lunch there today and our server (Carrie) was AWESOME!!
Very friendly and attentive. I will request her section next time we go. Also the food was delicious especially the crispy sweet potato fries

I am addicted to their plank baked salmon....best I have had anywhere!!
Use their curbside more often than I should!!

I was really impressed with my curbside to go order. Not only was the service quick, my food was hot, and seasoned perfectly. The employee who brought my order out and accepted payment was manner-able and professional. Keep up the good service McDonough O'Charley's!

This is commending one of your Hostesses -- the best ever, and her name is Hye. We followed her from Outback years ago to this O'Charley's. We have never met another Hostess like her. She is always friendly, helpful, and has a gerat personality. She is always happy. You certainly did a great job hiring her and it is certainly Outback's loss as I am sure they found out. Their place is not the same without her. We cannot say enough great things about Hye in such a small space. Just know she is great. This is a favorite of ours because of Hye. My boyfriend and I both got burgers the night we came here, and they were terrible. But the rolls and salad were amazing and the service was phenomenal. I would consider going back again, but I will most definately not be ordering a hamburger this time!!
