Took a phone in yesterday, after being told by the cell phone repair shop on the square, could not be fixed. IT was fixed and works wonderfully ! Also, gave me a great deal on a super case. Will be a costumer for life. Fast and fair ! So glad I found them - my family is rough on phones !!!!
I sent my son to have his phone repaired due to a broken screen and it wouldn't charge correctly. He comes home to tell me that he went to an old house near the square that had a bad smell and some guy charged him $100 to fix his phone that now won't even turn on at all...the same day. I should have known better than to send my boy to this place. Verizon warned me about it but he claimed he was cheapest price....now I know why. Avoid this place BEWARE

Broke my iPhone screen on a holiday weekend. Thanks to Jimmy, who squeezed me in on a Sunday, my week will be so much easier! The service was prompt and excellent. Much better than going into the mall for sketchy repairs. I will be a return customer!

We have been taking all of our electronics to Jimmy since 2007, He has always been fair and honest. He comes to our home and office for our network issues. We have not had a problem with our phones or computer's that he hasn't solved. Even when our computer died he got us a great deal on a new one and saved all our data. He taught us about backing up and saving our docs and pics so that we will never have to worry about loosing them. He even gave us lessons on how to keep our computer clean and running fast. Jimmy is the main guy he fixed our phone when att and apple said it had to be replaced. He has also repair two computers that we thought were a total loss. This man can fix anything! He got us a great deal on a tablet too.

Tried to fix my iPhone screen myself, after stripping the screws out I took it to an authorized Apple repair store and was told it couldn't be fixed. I took it to Jimmy at NLC Tech and he fixed it in less than an hour. Now we take all our phones and computers to him. JW
