Innovate kids provides stem enrichment and summer camps for students in grades 1 through 8. The Company was founded in 2013 by Tim and Christie Schmitt, a husband and wife educator team with over 25 years of combined teaching experience. The goal of INNOVATE-KIDS is to expose young children to the world of engineering and innovation while fostering their natural curiosity and critical thinking skills. We believe this can be done best when students are engaged in relevant and fun stem activities. The instructors that run the INNOVATE-KIDS camps are all certified teachers and have a passion for igniting student interest in stem areas through exciting hands-on activities. Additionally, engineering college students often serve as lab assistants and special guest speakers.
