I have done research on Vinny's vac shop. Not Benny the owner. He is fair in his pricing. Checked with actual stores front vacuum shops not people who work out of their ‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌house‌‌ or internet. Vinny's uses genuine Kirby parts. I have ‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌check‌‌ vacuum shops. Kirby cord average $39.99. Kirby brush roll average $49.99. Vinny charges $35-39 for the cord and $35-$39 for the bush roll depending on his cost so he can pass savings onto his customers. This does not include labor. Other shops labor cost $19.95 and ‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌up‌‌ to change this ‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌two‌‌ parts. I checked on servicing a Kirby with other shops just from $75-$98 ‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌plus‌‌ parts. Big Vinny's Vac Shop at $65 ‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌plus‌‌ parts but includes a belt with service. Also found out the g4 and earlier series, the cord is no longer available. G5 burgundy cord sometimes available on special request but cost more in some places. The sentira also the same way. Most places only carry the black genuine Kirby power cord like Big Vinny's Vac Shop. The customer had a cord and bush replaced for $90 Other shop would be $96.19 with parts and tax only with labor ranges from $19.95 to $39.95. At Vinny's a customer can save $19.95 to $59.80

Took my vacuum in to Big Vinney's to have it repaired. He had it back to me within three hours. I would highly recommend him. Glad to have his shop so conveniently located in McDonough.

Please do not take your vacuum cleaner to this place!!!!! This man (THE OWNER BENNY) will rip you off.... He is a lier also. Please do your research on the place before taking your vacuum cleaner to them. He replaced our gray cord on our Kirby, with a BLACK cord...now my vacuum cleaner looks bootleg. But that's what kind of place it is....so you get what you pay for. Also we were charged $90 to replace cord and brush....
