I was expecting a delivery 2 days ago. Received a call from "Unknown", rang twice, not enough time to grab my purse, when it went to voicemail. Lady UPS rep left a message and told me the delivery address was incorrect. She left a phone number to call back. I called back immediately to no avail. I'm on my 15th call...and still no answer. Why give out a phone number when no one is going to answer? Or give the caller an option to leave a message. Terrible way of doing business!

Very bad service! I was suppose to get ASAP documents to use as a PowerPoint for a doctor's meeting.2/11/15... As of NOW 2/12/15 I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE ROU AROUND!!! No documents and personal doesn't even give me a call!!!! Marlen i have to call them...think twice before ever using you!!!! It is very upsetting!!!

At 4:20 Tuesday afternoon one of your drivers delivering items to a San Juan school refused to move his delivery truck while parked in an exit lane. I asked him politely to move so that traffic could exit and he sarcastically said no I've been told I could park there. Any other time, yes. At the time of school dismissal NO. He held up the exiting line of parents leaving campus.
