The Tutoring Club has excellent staff, is well-organized and very responsive. Our family has had a great experience with the Center preparing our 11th Grader for the ACT/SAT, as well as providing our rising 6th Grader extension work in language arts for over the summer. Both kids really liked the staff!

My daughter started with Tutoring Club 7 years ago and we've come back every year since! She was identified with reading deficiencies at the beginning of 1st grade. Two months into tutoring her teacher asked what we'd done because there were dramatic advances at school. Both of my kids have come back for summer retention assistance and they fee like it's an exciting and fun part of their summer, not an exaggeration!

My High school daughter has been coming to Tutoring Club for about a month and so far they've exceeded my expectations as to positive, helpful tutoring sessions and scheduling. My daughter was dreading the process but the in-touch tutors and friendly atmosphere have made her feel encouraged and optimistic that she is accomplishing something good and moving towards her academic and testing goals. We will see if test results demonstrate this, but so far, so good!

The one regret I have about Tutoring Club of Mclean is not finding it sooner! From the beginning, my son received personal plan to improve his study habit and organizational skill. He took the SAT prep course at the club, raised his score, and received multiple merit scholarships from colleges he applied to. In addition to tutors for specific subject, every student is assigned with a specific student success coach in the club and we absolutely love her! I would recommend Tutoring Club of Mclean to anyone and plan to go back for help for my daughter when the time comes.

Several of my children have used the Tutoring Club, both to bolster math skills and prepare for the ACT exams. The tutors are professional, relate well to the students, and are very talented at helping students untangle difficult subject matter and problems. I particularly appreciate the straightforward and specific tutoring plans created for each of my children. The Tutoring Club is a good place for kids to build skills and confidence.

My two kids attended Tutoring Club for 2 years and we were very impressed with the instruction that they received here. My older son was in AAP but wasn't as good in Reading. After two years of instruction, he was able to excel in his SOL and regular reading at school. My younger son was slower in reading skills but he was also able to make the leap, catch up and get going. We have been very fortunate to work with Tutoring Club and wish them all the best.

Periodic meetings clearly display benchmarks, results and strategies to achieve desired level.
