We are not pleased with the service at all and the prices are too high. It takes forever to obtain the glasses we ordered and the telephone system is far from helpful. It is impossible to speak to a human being without going there in person. I will never allow anyone from my family to do business there again.

When Dr. Tran billed my insurance she included rames I DID NOT purchase from her on the claim. I had to waste my time with the insurance agency to get her to retract the claim. She also charged me for a particular part of the exam which she said my insurance would not cover. It turns out that my insurance did cover it. When I called her months later to request a refund, my call was never returned. When I called back a week later, I received a rude return call stating that e-mails had been sent to me twice regarding my messages. Absolutely not true, nothing in my inbox or spam from Dr. Tran's office. After leaving a message with my correct e-mail address, I received an even ruder e-mail informing me that billing questions will not be answered after check-out. This office owes me money for overcharing me and is refusing to return it. I strongly recommend that others do not patronize this office.

Avoid this business. We had a bad feeling about the shop's wishy washy/shady explanations about their pricing, yet decided to purchase several pairs of glasses at the store due to the convenience factor (close to our house). A few days past their 30 day guarantee, the glasses, for which we paid close to $400, broke. It was an obvious manufacturer's defect...glass's arm slipped write out of the frame. Instead of sending the glasses back to the manufacturer to be replaced/repaired, they said they would resell them to me at a discount. Why I would buy them again instead of having the manufacturer fix the problem is beyond me. Instead I am left dealing with the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty and guarantee. Very, very bad customer on the part of Dr. Tran and her business. While at the store, we have noticed a few other very angry/unhappy customers dealing with similar issues.
