Established in 1926, McCook Community College provides employment opportunities to the students of McCook, Neb. It operates a residence hall that houses more than 120 students. The college s office of student life coordinates campus housing and works to provide educational and personal development. McCook Community College also maintains a library that operates a computer center that has computers for patron use that are equipped with variety of software and Internet access. It administers a several associate s degrees and coursework designed for academic transfer. The college additionally offers degrees in health occupations, child development, and business office, information, welding and machine shop technology.
