      Weak Men's Department... I went to Penneys to buy a couple shirts and maybe look at some jeans. The mens dept had probably 40% of the items they have had in the past. I looked through the racks for 20 to 25 minutes and never saw a salesperson in the mens area. Very sad selection of shirts . It may be sometime before I go back.
