We went there to purchase a vehicle. My wife talked first to a person whom seemed to be a knowledgeable, respectable salesman. He, shortly, filled her full of lies. We were looking to purchase a hybrid vehicle, but he informed my wife of a "flaw" hybrids have: supposedly their batteries are faulty after five years. He even went as far as showed her testing results that had been done by Honda. Knowing I wasn't there, he knowingly deceived a very trusting person.



After finding her a vehicle, he informed her that there was nothing wrong with it and quoted her a direct price. After coming home, and filling me in on what happened, we returned to the dealer to discuss things further where they began lying to me.



They informed me that for the purchase price, they would fix some damages that were done. They also informed me there was NOTHING wrong with the vehicle. Expecting them to follow through with what they said they were going to do, we purchased the vehicle and scheduled a time for them to make repairs the following week.



When it came to the day of repairs, we were called and informed that they were not going to do the repairs they agreed to complete and there was "nothing you can do about it." ~ direct quote from the salesman.



After owning the vehicle for about 60 to 70 days (and driven 1,240 miles), we have had to replace:

Windshield (the same one they agreed to replace)

Clutch

Air Conditioner

Parking Break

Both driver and passenger window (as they quickly failed to roll up with out assistance of using your hands to push the glass - upon opening the door we found it had been fixed before with SUPER GLUE!)

Radiator



I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY to go here. They lie openly, conceal important information and fabricate others.
