      I was in your store on Friday and I must apologize to the 2 customer Service Reps as well as the manager for my rude and inexcusable behavior. I must compliment your staff for maintaining their professional attitude and good customer service even though I was very angry and beyond reason. Best Buy managment has every reason to be proud of these employees. Thanks
