General Info: As an experienced, licensed therapist I can help you put your life back on track. I utilize a number of therapuetic tools to teach you ways to enhance your self-esteem, to strenghten your relationships, to deal with grief, or cope with depression, anxiety, or other life stresses. My work emphasizes practicing self-acceptance and letting go of judgment of yourself and others in order to allow positive changes to unfold in your life at their own pace.I have extensive experience in marriage counseling, assisting couples in strengthening commmunication, trust, and commitment. I am certified in clinical hypnosis, which I offer as a tool in connection with other clinical practices. I do not offer hypnosis for habit disorders such as smoking, overeating, or other compulsive behaviors.I do not work with clients identified with bi-polar disorder (manic depressive disorder), schizophrenia, or borderline personality disorder. I do not work with clients with active addiction issues or anger management or domestic violence behaviors.
