Last month, I had boxes shipped to me from this location to my house. The clerk did not listen to me at all. The tube with posters had plastic caps and I asked him to tape them, but he did not. When the tube arrived the caps were missing and the ends were taped (probably by the driver). I had several see through plastic organizers that I also shipped. In an effort to be cheap rather than efficient, he put all the stuff in one box and all the plastic organizers were decimated into a million pieces. None of the important items were damage, but the organizers that I wanted to keep could not be saved. I do not recommend this store - and I love my UPS store in Crestwood, MO.

I went into the store Saturday morning to get advice on boxing up and shipping a 34"x 9"x 5" carton of balsa wood. It is well within the UPS shipping guidelines. The clerk was sullen, barely understandable, had no suggestions, and clearly did not want to help me find a packaging solution. I just left shaking my head - in this down economy, you'd think people would be looking to pick up their business. This guy sure didn't care.
