This is ridiculous it takes them over a half and hour to grab one vile of insulin out of the fridge while people are just standing around back there it is so irritating.

Mattoon's pharmacy staff is great. Very helpful and kind. They never make you feel like you are a nuisance but treat me with respect and answer all my questions as clearly and carefully as possible. I love that they take time to explain to me a new drug and what to look for if I have never taken it before. Keep up the great work!
