Provided by YP.comWe purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher on 8/30/08, and as of 9/25/08 it had yet to work. It was installed on 9/2/08 and did not work after installation. the installer was not a tachnician so he couldn't determine the problem. A service call was needed. The service personel said there was a bad latch and the part needed to be ordered. After a week he returned, only to have the wrong part. We were told the correct part would be ordered and he would return. We never heard from anyone, even after repeated calls to plaza and an attempt to find the manager. We finally found the manager in the store on 9/26/08, who was unaware of the problem in spite of repeated calls. The diswasher was finally repaired on 9/30/08, 5 weeks after purchase. We requested a $100 refund of the delivery charges, that fell on 'deaf ears." I filed a complaint with the BBB. We will be making purchased elsewhere in the future.
