Called up their tech support to fix my PC. It was running really slow and had a bunch of popups and stuff on it. Their tech person came out that afternoon (I was suprised, I thought I would have to wait till later in the week) and found some spyware and a messed up Norton AV on the PC and fixed it all up. It's running much much FASTER!!! These folks are GREAT!!

I called Gary yesterday to upgraded my computer hard drive, he came out and told me he could get it done and returned the next day with a new larger hard drive and transfer all my date etc to the new drive. You cannot find any faster service than Gary's. I plan on having him back to tuneup my computer in the near future.

I was having a problem getting online with my laptop (tried a couple of other services with no luck) and tried On Call Computer Solutions. They came out that night and within a short time Gary (the service tech) found and fixed my wireless problem! Gary also found a lingering virus attack that I thought was fixed. He fixed that in minutes. Gary was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him and am greatly pleased.
