I needed to exchange something for a bigger size I was hoping to run in and run out. I had my two year old who has limited amount of patience. I got into a long line, and with one cashier it took forever. The cashier was very pleasant even though the fussiness of my son. I headed off to find the item I needed. Problem was I couldn't find it. My son was flat out crying at this point, but was happy to crawl behind me as I looked. A women employee gets my attention telling me my son may cut himself on things she is throwing on the floor. Why are you throwing things that could hurt someone on the floor? I pick him up, and ask her over his screams where I can find my item. She says something about an end cap. I don't know what an end cap is, but figure it's on the end of an aisle. I can't find it because of the way the store is set up there aren't really any clear aisles. At this point I'm ready to give up, but go back to the unhelpful women, and ask her to take me to my item
