General Info

I have experience with clients of all ages with a variety of issues; however my specialty is working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and teens struggling with addictions. With young clients, I strongly believe that integrating parents into therapy, when appropriate, is essential to meeting their goals. I am excited to not only serve Matthews residents, but also Monroe residents and surrounding areas. My trauma related experience includes: domestic violence, death by murder or suicide of loved one, assault and sexual abuse. Before going into private practice, I have worked in crisis counseling, behavioral health and incarceration settings. I believe these variety of settings have helped me gain valuable professional experience to help those in critical need. I have been a clinical therapist since 2009.
