I haven't had a new CPAP machine in about 11 years. Serge Mukha was very professional and knowledgeable about the particular machine I was interested in. He was very personable and friendly.

I thought Carolina's Home Medical Equipment was very fair on the price of the machine and I will continue to use them for my CPAP needs.

While visiting NC the last week of September, my Cpap machine broke. It ended up being the battery pack/cord. The lady in front was very polite & professional to direct me to a tech while having no appointment. Serge Mukha helped me and was very professional. The experience was extremely helpful and I was able to use my machine again that evening due to this. Sorry for the delay and thank you so much for the help!

Had a great experience with Carolina's Home Medical today. Serge Mukha was wonderful! He took the time to answer all my questions and evaluate my current equipment. It is so nice to go to a medical supply place and feel that I was getting great health care not the "big sell"!" Totally recommend this place!

Adrian Johnson delivered my medical equipment today 6/30/15 and I couldn't be more pleased. He entered the room with a smile and it never left him. He thoroughly explained each step of the bed set up. After the assembly he once again explained it's operation and then watched my wife use the features to be sure she understood everything. Adrian would be a credit to any company that employs him, a true professional.

Best CPAP Support-- Serge!

CHME is so lucky to have such a highly qualified professional working there. I recommended Novant Sleep in Ballantyne utilize CHME because of Serge and the Drs at Novant are still thanking me a year later.

Serge will patiently teach you to optimize all cpap settings and accessories as well as navigate your insurance ( mine is BCBS)

I highly recommend this co and Serge.. I've known them about 2 years now. ( I'm 58 and depend on my cpap every night!!)

Great customer service - went way above and beyond. Specifically, I was traveling to Ashville from out of state having flown in to Raleigh and realized that I had forgotten to pack my CPAP mask assemlby. I was able to make it to Charlotte and CHME just before closing at 5 pm. They were not immediately able to sell me the mask assembly because they are required to see a presciption. They agreed to wait while I called my doctor in Wisconsin to ask them to quickly FAX over a presciption. 15 minutes after the offical closing time, the FAX arrived and they found a mask kit compatible with my machine. This was great because otherwise, my traveling companion was not going to get a decent night's sleep (those using CPAP machines know what I'm talking about). Thank you so much CHME and among others especially Erin at the front desk!

I had a very pleasant experience , with Carolina Home Medical Equipment, in Mathews NC. I was being setup with a BIPAP machine, The Respiratory Therapist Serge, was very helpful , instructing about the use and care of the BIPAP machine I would be using ,at home . I would high recommend Carolina's Home Medical

equipement.

Highly recommended, service is quick.Also their knowledge of equipment is outstanding. Frank Timberlake, was fast and very professional. He adjust both of my arms on a invacare EOV to perfection. He consistently checked the adjustments to my desires to assure me excellent comfort and ease in operating the chair.

My husband and I are both customers of Carolina's Home Med. Equip. This is our 1st. experience having to buy CPAP and BIPAP. We felt at ease the very first time we entered the business. DON'T USE THIS PLACE! I've been trying for three or four months to get my billing straight.CHME keeps saying they haven't received "The Necessary Paperwork" from my doctor's office and I owe them money. My doctor's office has sent the information 3 TIMES. Each time I have to make a 50 mile trip to retest and they still can't get it right.!



My next step is to have medicare look into it for me.I wouldn't recommend them on a bet........

If you are medicare and you did not purchase your cpap here they will not help you if your machine needs to be serviced. they are a contract supplier for this product line they will hang you out to dry should service work be needed. they will sell supplies but thats it .
