First of all, why is it that in predominately African American neighborhoods, the Wendy chains always run out of food? This was the case one evening as I went to the Wendy's in Matteson for a frosty. Lo and behold, they were out of the chocolate flavor and I had to settle for the vanilla flavor. Why can't management purchase enough inventory to last an entire day. I did not want to hear about how the truck had not arrived, etc. , etc. We must do better! I am sick and tired of our neighborhood establishments not being up to par. The one star was given, because at least they were open. Dessertless in Matteson...
