I shop at Menards often because of the quality of service and product,. I want to call attention to an experience that I had 5/30/15 in the plumbing department, there was and employee an older male bald in the top who spent more time running from customers to avoid helping them. I was there with a friend and we had to literately chase this guy down to get a few questions answered about product that would best suite our needs. If he does not want to be a part of your mission why doesn't he find another more suitable job and leave that one to someone who would be willing to advance your causes in terms of service and a positive public relation, There were others complaining as well. I feel sorry for the guy having to do something that he does not enjoy or feel the need to satisfy your clientele. I found the situation with him discussing, just wondered what was his agenda.
