i accompanied my friend to buy a 2017 sportage on tuesday. an accurate description is the first sales rep was arrogant, so we went across the street, when the same car appeared on that lot. The experience with this sales rep felt like racism. He wouldn't sell my friend the exact same car they had listed for a set price. We talked to manager about how my friend was treated. They then started backpedaling, offering to sell the car at the listed price. nothing ever happened to that sales rep to the best of my knowledge.

Why are we still having these issues in today's society? Also they never reached out to my friend afterwards, only apologized for our experience there.
