Provided by YP.comThe wedding party and I ordered our bridesmaids dress from this store in Dec. for an April wedding, and was told the dress would be in beginning of March. The bride called all throughout February to see when they would be in. The bride constantly got the generic response of they must be in the next shipment that comes in a few days. We find out later on that the dresses WERE NEVER ORDERED! They then proceeded to order the dresses without our permission with an estimated arrival date less than 2 weeks before the wedding...a date they couldn't even guarantee. The bride told them we wanted to go a different direction and they refuse to give our deposits back.

Provided by YP.comI have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. Gail, the owner is a liar and threatened me with legal action after I opened a complaint with the better business bureau because we were promised our dresses in february and just picked them up on April 20 after many phone calls and false promises that they would be delivered. Gail blamed everyone she could for the delay, yet would not take the slightest responsibility. She has zero business ethics as the owner of a company. The people who work for her are completely incompetant also and we were told that "our dresses were receipt for payment" and she could not provide a receipt. After fighting for it, we finally received a hand written receipt. Not one of my bridesmaids dresses fit correctly after Gail meaured them and three of the girls were given change directly from the saleswoman's purse! I don't know how they get any recognition as a reputable place. The store is awfully crowded and disgustingly disorganized. I would recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible! They are nothing but problems.

Provided by YP.comMy sister-in-law to be, bought her wedding dress at this place and went for one of her fittings. She came home and sent me pics of her in her dress. To my horror it looked as if it was rolled up and thrown in a bag for god knows how long. The wrinkles in this gown were just disgraceful and I am very surprised that she did not have a breakdown. They assured her it would be pressed at completion. Are you kidding me? It better be pristine! Honestly for the price she paid, this dress should, at all times be ready to wear. The bride to be called them and asked them to please press it because her mother and father were coming to her next fitting. I don't know about you but when you have to request that your gown be pressed theres a problem. This business should be ashamed of themselves. I put a call in to the manager we'll see what happens.
