Joe Urbano and his American Eagle Crew replaced my 24 year old Trane air conditioning system this past month with a new Trane system. Right from the start he was on time with initial visit and with his proposal. The work was started and completed on schedule as promised. Joe and his crew were polite and professional. Drop cloths were used as necessary for protection, work was done in a skilled craftsmanship manor and all areas were cleaned up upon completion of the job. Joe then asked me to look the new system over and demonstrated that it was operating properly. Its nice to know that there are still some honest companies out there. We had American Eagle come to our house for a second opinion. The first company told us that the compressor needed to be replaced. When American eagle arrived, we didn't tell them we had someone else there first. They diagnosed the system and told us the condenser was DIRTY and needed to be cleaned. We couldn't believe it !, we had them do the work and the unit has been running fine ever since. Thank you American Eagle, you are one of the few honest businesses still out there.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank American Eagle and their staff for the replacement of my heating and air conditioning system. The process was pleasant, the work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned the work area when they left for the night. They took the time to program and explain the new thermostat to me and my wife. If you are thinking of replacing your system, I would make sure they are one of the companies you get a quote from.

American Eagle removed my old heating and A/C system and installed new high efficiency Heat and A/C units that gave me a great rebate from Trane and the utility companies, plus a reduction in my monthly electric and gas bills. I also received the $1500.00 tax credit. The company is owner operated and managed and he and his workers were professional and curteous and quick to get the work done. The new system was installed with a very clean and neat appearance

They were very courteous and knowlegeable price was also reasonable paid 225.00 for a weekend service call and recharging the system, they didn't pressure us with sale pitches either.
