After Ric failed to order enough carpet, his men left the job unfinished. When I called to complain he had an attitude that it was somehow my fault. The job was fully explained and discussed before any deposit was given. Ric personally measured for the carpet. He expected me to pay additional shipping and minimum cut fees of $200 to fix his mistake. When I told him I was disappointed in his customer service he hung up on me. Hansen carpet was a huge disappointment! I would not recommend them to anyone

Hanson has been doing the floors in my house since 1950. They do excellent work at good prices. I have had linoleum, sheet vinyl, carpet and laminated flooring installed by three generations of the Hanson family. They have also done blinds for my family and flooring for my friends.
