Went in the other day and the deals were good as usual. I think they have been in massillon for 8 years or better, that says something about a small business in this area because most dont last. Keep up the good work guys and stay busy.

We purchased a washer and dryer set. It worked great, its still working great. If you want good used appliances that wont cost an arm and a leg they are a great place to shop. Ill shop there when im in need, we saw way overpriced "used appliances" mine as well buy new for some of those prices. Im pleased with the service and the prices!!!!

This is a horable place to deal with they sold me a frig that did not work not only did I pay 300.00 for frig but because of it not working in out 200.00 in food. They brought me a new frig it worked for 2 days then also quit working. 2 weeks worth of me calling them non stop and I have yet to talk to owner showing he really don't care about his customers. He was supost to send me a new frig yesterday and never showed and now giving me the runaround today. Today makes 4 days out of my life having to wait at home for them really unhappy

Ive been doing business with above all since 1st street in massillon. They do all of our service when we need it and if we need to buy an appliance we go their. They have always been honest and fair with us.

This is one of the best used appliance stores ive dealt with in a long time. Keep in mind these are used appliances. Do NOT deal with this company! Appliances do not work properly and he does not honor his so-called 30 day warranty! WE are out $347 because of this man!

They deserve NO stars! This company sells appliances that do not work. They will not replace an item, they are very rude and unprofessional. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a replacement that they will not honor. I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. They also do not give you a receipt or a warranty in writing.
