We had a very upsetting experience at this store. A friend had made a reservation for her son & ours to attend an Easter painting class. Valerie, the owner said my son could not participate when we arrived because we didn't bring a release form? I said we never received one, but would surely sign. We had prepaid through our friend. She advised us she didn't have anything in her shop to sign & what if my son destroyed her shop??? I couldn't believe how she treated my 6 year old in front of everyone! I asked for my money back since she said he didn't have her paperwork waiver & she said no! No refunds!! What kind of business owner does not keep a waiver in the store? Such poor business, we'd NEVER go back! Sad, my child had to witness this as he was waiting to paint!! The sad part is this owner knew my son because he attended another class with friends once before & she said how good he was. I explained she never mailed us forms & even mailed her Facebook response back- she had wrond ema
