During the pandemic in May when all non essential businesses were suppose to be closed (the sales part of the dealership) I did a deal for a 2 car purchase trading out of two vehicles. The numbers were worked out to include the negative equity from the cars that were traded in. Turns out 3 weeks after we got a bill from Nissan Financial stating that we still owed payments when Infiniti of Massapequa was suppose to take care of everything. I spoke to Frank which is the sales manager, who said he would look into it and never called me back. The person who returned the call was Bill the general sales manager and he told me he couldn't help me and that there was nothing that could be done. This is very misleading, unprofessional and I will never go or recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel as if they took advantage of me because of the pandemic. Being that the dealer was closed for so long they wanted to make money and now they don't want to do right by me as a customer because the deal is done and they made there money. This is wrong because in a situation like this, during a pandemic they should understand and be more accommodating especially with the way the economy and the financial situation is. I work as a customer relations manager and I would NEVER do this to ANYONE and leave this major bill and responsibility to anyone especially during a time like this and be able to sleep comfortably knowing that someone is struggling and I did wrong by them. This is not how you run a business. At the end of the day if there are no customers or customer retention there is no business or money to be made.

My wife and I went into Infiniti Massapequa around 2 months ago now to get out of our Q50 and into a QX50. Having already been to the Manhasset and St. James locations, we knew exactly what we were willing to spend for the new lease. After the usual back and forth, crossing out prices, "asking the manager", and so on, we finally came to a deal we could agree on. Being super cautious as we know we have to be with car salesman, we asked our salesman, Paul Rabinowitz, MULTIPLE times whether we would be completely released from ALL OBLIGATIONS and future fees associated with the old car. Every time, we were assured that Massapequa would be taking care of EVERYTHING. Again, when sitting with the "finance" worker, Robert Sedrish, we asked him, "when we turn in our Q50 and drive away in the QX50 on Saturday (we weren't taking the car the same day), we will not have ANY OBLIGATIONS associated with the old car and will only be responsible for the lease payments on the new car." He responded "yes, that's correct."It turns out that wasn't correct. About a month later, we received a bill from Infiniti Finance saying we owed over $2,200 for the old lease.I first contacted Robert Sedrish the "finance" guy who admitted to me that he had told us we'd have no further responsibility for the old car. He then told us that massapequa, would not, however, be covering the charges as they represented they would when we sat with them to sign the lease. He eventually ended up hanging up in my face. Nice.I eventually ended up speaking with the Sales Manager, George, who also told me they just would not pay for it no matter what I was told by Paul and Robert. I then spoke to Larry, the General Sales Manager, who pretended that they never knew about the fee. As a dealership, how could you buy out a car without calling to find out what is owed for the car? You just estimate what you THINK is owed and send the financing company a check in that amount? His story doesn't add up. He also tried to blame me for the mishap. Some customer service. He then told me he'd get back to meAt the present time, I've called Larry an additional 5 times and have been unable to get ahold of him or get a return phone call, despite the fact I leave my name and number every time. Unacceptable customer service and a group of liars and deceivers. Very shady business practices. I'm soon to look into arbitration (since the contracts ban litigation) as a means of recovering the money I'll have to pay due to the fraud of the aforementioned employees.

Stay Away! Leased a new Ex to agreed upon price then received payment booklet next month with jacked up price. When I called to complain they told me " things happen between making deal and picking up car"
