it takes me literally 30 seconds to run downstairs from the moment the driver rings the bell. whyyyyyyyyy when i open the door, he's not there and neither is a slip indicating that an attempt was made??? needless to say, i'm pissed. Nice sunny day out. Maybe he just wanted to be off duty sooner rather than later. Thanks for nothing

The right address but wrong street. Its 49th street instead of 48th street.

UNRELIABLE!!! Delivery expected, you take time off, "they forget to put on truck" or "due to high volume they couldn't deliver, so now wait till Monday". You would think over the busiest time of year UPS would hire more drivers. Use US postal service whenever possible at least they deliver on weekends.
