I am was highly disappointed with this salon. I live near by and scheduled bridal hair appointments for myself and my two little girls the day of my wedding on the fourth of July. Due to a hurricane on my wedding day, Melanie (the owner) was "kind" enough to move my appointments to the following day. Unfortunately she gave me extremely rushed service and a poor attitude the entire time - clearly, she was doing me a favor. She ended up charging me an extra $60 dollars for a "holiday travel fee" even though she did not actually end up traveling to do my hair. It was obvious what I had thought was kindness and sympathy for my wedding day disaster was her desire for my $! She basically kicked me out of the salon she was so rushed and never even asked if I liked my style... which I did not. In fact, I went home freaking out and took the entire thing out having to re-do it myself 5 minutes before leaving for my wedding. What a nightmare! In addition, the makeup artist she used charged me $100 to do my makeup which was not divulged until AFTER the makeup was finished. My girls' hair looked great, but because of the owner's attitude and customer service, I would not go here again.

Very friendly, classy, and beautiful spa atmosphere!!!
