This is done one the same level as the manager explains each step as she identifies and tests each piece. Each store will appraise anyones gold or silver for no charge and no sale required. The gold store's main source of revenue is REPEAT business. They just make it easier to understand how you sell your gold and silver. Each customer is treated with dignity and respect. Buyers are available for in-home service upon appointment.
