Was seeing them at this group because I had heard about them helping menopausal women and during annual exam they did not even do a breast exam...I knew right then I wouldn't be back. Then this week when I needed records, following their request procedure, they informed me it would be several days before records could be faxed to me. Am certainly not happy about their procedures on any level and won't be returning.
